Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of cultural heritage in China, is our country traditional culture essential condensation. Chinese Wushu culture is a kind of intangible cultural heritage. The Wushu culture is created and inherited by people loving sports, therefore, the Wushu culture is a reflection of people strong will. However, because of the economic and social development, a large number of foreign culture come into China, which also contain a lot of excellent martial culture, sports form is gradually various, and Wushu is no longer people’s only way of sports in our country, so the Wushu culture gradually withdrew from public life stage. But the traditional Wushu culture is the essence of Chinese traditional sports culture, with a renaissance and status necessary. In this paper, China's intangible cultural heritage Baji boxing" is takne as the research object, taking Mengcun Baji, discusses the plight of the inheritance and development, put forward some strategies and countermeasures for Mengcun Baji Boxing inheritance and development.%非物质文化遗产是我国文化遗产中的重要组成部分，是我国传统文化中凝结的精髓。我国的武术文化就是一种非物质文化遗产。武术文化是由爱好体育的民众创造、传承下来的，因此，武术文化是民众坚强意志的体现。但是，由于经济和社会的不断发展，大量外来文化涌入我国，其中也包含很多优秀的武术文化，体育形式逐渐繁多，武术已经不再是我国民众唯一的体育方式，所以武术文化逐渐退出了民众生活的舞台。但是传统武术文化是我国传统体育文化的精华，具有复兴和传承的诶必要。本文对我国的非物质文化遗产“八极拳”为研究对象，探讨孟村八极拳的传承与发展面临的困境，并对孟村八极拳传承与发展提出策略。
