涤纶经编小口径人工血管的制备工序对其生物相容性的影响

         

摘要

In order to improve biosafety and function of the polyester warp knitted small-diameter vascular grafts, the greige vascular grafts were treated by washing, compacting, pre-corrugating and corrugating processes, and the surface structure and its compatibility with cells of the samples after treatment with different processes were investigated in detail. The results of research showed that, the fibers on the surface arranged relatively disorderly with low orientation, and contained processing impurities, which were not good for cells adhesion and proliferation. The washing treatment could remove impurities on the surface of samples and fiber gaps, but did not improve the surface appearance of samples, so the cells adhesion was poor. The compacting treatment significantly shortened the length of loop, increased the density of loop, but the distance between adjacent fibers at the yarn interlacing point was still wide, which was not good for interaction among cells. The pre-corrugation treatment made the length of loop elongate slightly, but because of the existence of corrugation, the fiber distance was narrower, the fiber arrangement was more orderly, so the cells could grow transversely, which provided a good structure guarantee for rapid endothelialization. The corrugating treatment made the surface structure of the samples tend to be flat, the fiber arrangement was regular and the fiber orientation was high, which was good for the orientation adhesion and proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells.%为提高涤纶经编小口径人工血管的生物安全性及功能性,依次采用洗涤、紧密化、预波纹化和波纹化处理工艺对管坯进行处理,重点探究不同工序处理后试样的表面结构及其与细胞的相容性.研究结果表明:管坯表面纤维排列相对杂乱,取向度低,且含有加工杂质,不利于细胞的黏附和增殖;洗涤处理可以除去试样表面和纤维间隙的杂质,但并没有改善试样的表面形貌,细胞黏附尚差;紧密化处理使线圈长度显著缩短,线圈密度加大,但纱线交织点处相邻纤维之间的距离仍然较大,不利于细胞与细胞之间的相互作用;预波纹化处理使线圈长度有少量的伸长,但由于有波纹的存在,纤维间距更加缩小、排列更加整齐,细胞横跨增长,为快速内皮化提供了很好的结构保障;波纹化处理使试样表面结构趋于平整,纤维排列整齐且取向度高,有利于人脐静脉内皮细胞的取向黏附与增殖.
