新时代'三农'工作队伍培育对策探究

摘要

[Objective/Meaning]This paper aims to discuss the cultivation of work team for agriculture, countryside andfarmers under the special background of the new era, and then to provide corresponding countermeasures.[Methods/Procedures]With literature analysis method and inductive method, the important significance, new requirements andcountermeasures for the cultivation of work team for agriculture, countryside and farmers in the new era were ana-lyzed.[Results/Conclusions]It showed that it was of great significance to strengthen the work team cultivation forprecise poverty alleviation, major social contradictions changes, socialist modernization construction with Chinesecharacteristics, well-off society building in an all-round way, and the national rural revitalization strategy.As the newera's arrival, the team work for agriculture, countryside and farmers was supposed to changes from thinking, prac-tice, and at the individual and social level.We should strengthen the policy system, improve the cultivation system, and build a training platform to accelerate the of work team cultivation.%[目的/意义]在新时代背景下探讨"三农"工作队伍的培育问题, 并为其培育提供相应的对策建议.[方法/过程]采用文献分析法与归纳法辨析"新时代"的内涵, 总结新时代进行"三农"工作队伍培育的重要意义、全新要求、对策建议.[结果/结论]加强"三农"工作队伍培育对精准扶贫、社会主要矛盾发生变化、中国特色社会主义现代化建设、全面建成小康社会和实施国家乡村振兴战略等工作的重要意义.新时代的到来, 在思想、实践、个人及社会层面对"三农"工作队伍培育提出了全新要求, 应从强化政策制度供给、完善培育体系、搭建培育平台等方面入手, 加快"三农"工作队伍的培育.
