This paper summarized the current situation about ＂Two against Two guarantees＂ of our country encountering,analyzed the characteristics of anti-dumping encountered in China.And the reasons for ＂Two against Two guarantees＂ of our country encountering were%总结了我国产品出口遭遇＂两反两保＂的现状,分析了我国遭遇反倾销指控的特点,并从外部国际贸易环境、内部经营企业自身问题以及我国对＂两反两保＂认识的误区等方面分析了我国频遭＂两反两保＂的原因,同时,提出了应对措施。
