经济危机下中小企业的融资方式和风险管理--以温州中小企业为例

“温州模式”以其强劲的生命力在经济的发展中创造了无数的奇迹,但近年来在多重因素特别是融资问题的制约下,2011年温州中小企业老板出现了“跑路潮”现象。该文从中小企业的融资方式和风险管理的角度,分析妨碍温州中小企业发展的内外因及民间融资风险因素,探索造成温州中小企业危机的原因,并给出针对性的解决方案。%“Wenzhoumodel”hascreatednumerousmiraclesintheeconomicdevelopmentinrecentyears.Butunder therestrictionofmultiplefactorssuchasthefinancingproblem,the“Gotide”phenomenonhappenedforthebosses oftheSMEsin Wenzhouin2011.Thispaperanalyzedtheinternalandexternalreasonswhichhinderedthedevelop-mentoftheSMEsin Wenzhouandtheriskfactorsofnon-governmentalfinancing,andexploredthereasonsthat causedthecrisisfortheSMEsin Wenzhou.Then,thesolutionswereprovidedinthispaper.
