影响福建省 FDI 区位选择因素探析

摘要

In the past ten years,the use of FDI in Fujian province showed a growth trend,but the situations on the use of FDI in different districts in Fujian were extremely unbalanced. Based on the cross-section data from 9 cities in 2012,this paper analyzed empirically the factors influencing locational choice of FDI in Fujian. The results showed that the factors were mainly open factor,market factor. Then,the strategies were put forward including developing export-oriented economy,looking for a new niche market,formulating a reasonable investment strategy,etc.%近十年来，福建省利用 FDI 呈现出逐步增长的趋势，但是省内各区域利用 FDI 的状况则极不平衡。该文以2012年福建省9个地市的横截面数据为基础，对影响福建省 FDI 区位选择的因素进行实证分析，发现影响FDI 区位选择的因素主要有开放因素、市场因素，从而提出了发展外向型经济，寻找新型细分市场，制定合理的引资策略等建议。
