沙利度胺联合CAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the curative effect of thalidomide combined with CAG regimen in the treatment of el-derly patients with acute myeloid leukemia.Methods 53 cases of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to March 2014 were selected.According to the random number method, they were divid-ed into control group (n=20) and observation group (n=33),the control group was treated with CAG treatment, observa-tion group were treated with thalidomide combined with CAG treatment.We compared the effects of two groups of treat-ment, 1 years and 2 years survival rate and adverse reactions occurred. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 78.79% (26/33), the total effective rate of control group was 50% (10/20), the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05);the survival rate of observation group in 1 years and 2 years was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Thalidomide combined with CAG treatment can effectively improve the remission rate completely blood in elderly pa-tients with acute myeloid leukemia,can prolong the patient′s life, improve the patient′s clinical symptoms, the curative effect is remarkable, has the high practical value.%目的：分析沙利度胺联合CAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病的疗效。方法选取该院2012年6月一2014年3月收治的53例老年急性髓系白血病患者，采用随机数字法分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=33)，对照组采用CAG方案治疗，观察组采用沙利度胺联合CAG方案治疗，对比两组的治疗效果、1年内和2年内的生存率及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的总有效率为78.79%(26/33)，对照组的总有效率为50.00%(10/20)，观察组高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)；观察组1年内和2年内的生存率高于对照组生存率，差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)；不良反应发生情况组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论沙利度胺联合CAG方案治疗可有效提高老年急性髓系白血病患者的完全血液学缓解率，延长患者的生存期，改善患者的临床症状，疗效显著，具有较高的实用价值。
