Nd掺杂钛酸钡基陶瓷的制备及性能研究

         

摘要

The Nd-doped Ba( Zr0. 1 Ti0. 9 ) O3 ceramics were prepared by sol-gel method. Samples were analyzed by using XRD,SEM and so on. The effect of Nd-doped concentration on the microstructure and dielectric proper-ties of Nd-doped Ba( Zr0. 1 Ti0. 9 ) O3 ceramics were investigated. As the Nd-doped concentration increased,grain si-zes increased,while the maximum dielectric constant first increased and then decreased. As the Nd-doped con-centration was 0. 07mol%,and that with a permittivity of 16032,low dielectric loss below 0. 46 % at room tem-perature.%采用溶胶-凝胶一步法制备了Nd掺杂锆钛酸钡基陶瓷,通过XRD、SEM等分析检测手段对样品进行表征.研究了Nd掺杂量的不同对其微观形貌及介电性能的影响.研究表明:随着Nd掺杂量的增大,钛酸钡基陶瓷的晶粒尺寸增大,介电常数呈现出先增大后减小的变化趋势,介电损耗逐渐减小;当Nd掺杂量为摩尔分数0.07%时,陶瓷较为致密,其室温介电常数达到最大值16032,介电损耗较小为0.0046.
