异戊橡胶IR70门尼粘度标准物质的定值

         

摘要

国家标准物质的研制不但要求样品均匀、稳定,而且要求标准物质定值方法的正确和不确定度评定的合理,因此,标准物质定值的准确和不确定评定的合理对标准物质的研制水平起到了至关重要的作用.邀请国内行业权威的15个实验室联合定值,分析不确定度的来源评定不确定度,研制异戊橡胶IR 70门尼粘度标准物质.按照偏态系数和峰态系数、格拉布斯准则、科克伦法分别检验定值结果是否呈现正态分布、可疑值、等精度.经过检验统计分析,在95%的置信概率下,异戊橡胶IR 70门尼粘度标准物质的定值结果为正态分布、无可疑值、等精度.异戊橡胶IR 70在ML(1+4) 100℃下的标准值为76.2±1.0.%The reference material not only requires sample is uniformity and stability,but also the method of fixed value is right and uncertainty evaluation is reasonable,therefore,the accurate determination and the reasonable evaluation of the uncertainty of the standard material play a crucial role in the development of the standard material.Research group invited 15 laboratories to fix value,analysed the sources of uncertainty and evaluated uncertainty,finally developed isoprene rubber Mooney viscosity (IR 70) standard material.According to the coefficient of skewness and kurtosis coefficient,Grubbs criterion,Cochrane method respectively tested the normal distribution,dubious value,precision of fixed value.These data were in normal distribution,no suspicious,and in equal precision at 95 % confidence probability by test.The nominal value of isoprene rubber (IR 70) was 76.2 ± 1.0 at ML(1 +4)100℃.
