免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料耐候性研究

     

摘要

选择四种不同颜色的免喷涂聚丙烯材料,分别在琼海湿热气候、拉萨高原气候和海拉尔寒冷气候进行大气暴露试验,监测不同气候的环境条件参数(温度、湿度及太阳辐照),通过评价材料的光泽和色差,体现不同环境下材料的老化行为.研究结果表明:免喷涂材料具有较好的耐老化性能,但较差的耐刮性是其在汽车行业应用的短板;太阳辐照是造成高分子材料老化的主要原因,但也不能忽视温湿度及其他环境因素的协同作用.%Four different colors of spray-free polypropylene composites were selected to expose in Qionghai damp heat environment,Lhasa plateau climate environment,Hailar cold climate environment respectively.Monitor different climatic environmental conditions parameters such as temperature,humidity and solar irradiation.Through estimating the gloss and chromatic aberration,the aging behavior of the materials under different environment was reflected.The results indicated that spray-free polypropylene composites had a better ageing-resistant performance,but poorer scratch resistance,which was the defect of its application in the automotive industry.The main reason of the high polymer material ageing was the solar irradiation,however,synergistic effect between temperature humidity and other environmental factors could not be neglected.
