浅谈精制糖生产工艺设计中的几个问题

In order to guarantee the quality of refined sugar, and to keep the investment of the whole facilities economic and reasonable, raw sugar＇s quality must be strictly controlled. Beside the quality of raw material, the product orientation, clarification and decolorization effect, the possibility of normal working of the installation in the locality should be fully considered too. According to the design with capacity of 300 000 t/y in Yongkai Sugar ＆ Paper Group Co. Ltd., the article maked a discussion on the above questions.%为保证精制糖产品的质量及整个生产设施投资费用的经济合理性，除了对原糖的质量严格把关外，在精制糖生产工艺的选择上还必须充分考虑原料的质量、产品定位、澄清和脱色工艺所要达到的清净效果及其相关设施在当地正常运行的可行性，本文结合永凯糖纸集团有限责任公司年产30万t精制糖项目的设计谈以上问题。
