The control variety (ROC22) and nine introduced sugarcane varieties were planted in Beihai of Guangxi for studying the difference in the quality characters and yield between introduced sugarcane varieties and the control variety (CK). The results were as follows: ①the purity, brix and sucrose content of GT02-901,Liucheng03-182, Funongl5 and Funong28 and the fiber content of Liucheng03-182, Yunzhe03-422 and YT55 were higher than that of the CK; ②the cane yields of introduced sugarcane varieties were lower than that of the CK except YT55, YT00-236 and GT97-69; ③only the sucrose yield of Liucheng03-182 was higher than that of the CK, the sucrose yield ofYT55, Funongl5 and YT00-236 was close to the CK. YT55 was a good variety in terms of the cane yield and sucrose yield. But on the whole, the purity, brix, sucrose content, fiber content and the sucrose yield of Liucheng03-182 were superior to the CK except that its cane yield was slightly lower.%以ROC22为对照(CK),外引9个甘蔗品种在广西北海市种植,以此研究外引甘蔗在品质性状、产量上与对照的差异.结果表明:①桂糖02-901、柳城03-182、福农15、福农28的纯度、锤度,蔗糖分和柳城03-182、云蔗03-422、粤糖55的纤维分均高于对照;②除了粤糖55、粤糖00-236和桂糖97.69的蔗茎产量高于对照外,其余品种均低于对照;③仅有柳城03-182的舍糖量高于对照,粤糖55、福农15和粤糖00-236的蔗糖分与对照接近.从蔗茎产量和含糖量这2个产量指标来看,粤糖55是一个较优良甘蔗品种.但从总体上看,柳城03-182除了在蔗茎产量上稍低于对照外,其纯度、锤度、蔗糖分、纤维分及含糖量均优于对照.
