本文结合蔗糖液体糖的生产和应用实际,对“QB/T 4093-2010液体糖”存在的诸如液体糖产品的分类依据、范围及其规定还原糖分的指标值,还原糖的测定方法的选定,以及全蔗糖糖浆中微量或少量的还原糖对其蔗糖分测定的影响等问题进行研究分析,提出了相应的解决办法和修订建议,可供同行企业使用以及供今后修订完善该标准做参考,使标准更加严谨和符合生产实际情况。%According to the production and application of sucrose liquid sugar, the paper found and studied the issues in the QB/T 4093-2010“liquid sugar”, such as items about classification, product scope of the liquid sugar, the index of reducing sugar of the invert syrup, the measuring methods of reducing sugar, and the influence of reducing sugar to the measurement of sucrose. There were corresponding solutions for the problems and suggestions for the revision of QB/T 4093-2010, making this standard more rigorous and consistent with the actual situation, which can be used by the sugar enterprises, and be used as a reference to revise the standard in the future.
