文明责任与文化选择——对敖鲁古雅鄂温克生态移民事件的一种思考

摘要

敖鲁古雅鄂温克生态移民事件为探讨文明的责任与文化选择提供了一个平台。国家在引导少数民族群体走现代化道路的过程中,文明的责任得以体现,但背后的逻辑从历史发展来看却发生了改变,这导致少数族群随着历史的发展文化选择的权力从曾经的扩大的自由又变得缩小。通过事实材料的分析,文章指出文明所应当肩负的责任及其与文化选择的关联。%Ecological resettlement of Aoluguya Ewenki nationality has provided a platform for us to discuss the responsibility of civilization and cultural options.In the course of leading ethnic minorities towards modernization,the government realizes its responsibility of civilization;however,the logic behind this has changed along with the development of history,as a result of which the once expanded freedom of those minorities are marginalized and they have a diminished power to choose.Based on the analysis of facts and materials,this paper states the responsibility that the government should shoulder in civilization and its connection with cultural options.
