整流罩仪器舱卫星系统瞬态响应分析

     

摘要

The transient response of fairing, apparatus cabin and payload system is studied. The model of the system is constructed. Under the transient excitation, the transient response and shocking response spectrum of the system are calculated. On this basis, a fast sine sweep method is investigated. After spectrum enveloping of response on the interface the input excitation of test can be obtained. Comparing the transient response and shocking response spectrum of the original system and equivalent system, it can be found that after sub-system separation the vibration response of center mass is weaken, with property of short-test, while vibration response of other mass is strengthened, with property of over-test. Therefore, the concave shocking response spectrum is adopted, which can modify the equivalent results.%  对整流罩仪器舱卫星系统的瞬态响应进行了研究。建立了整流罩仪器舱卫星系统的有限元模型,在瞬态激励作用下,求得其瞬态响应和响应冲击谱。进行了瞬态响应的快速正弦扫描等效方法研究,对分离界面处的冲击响应谱进行曲线谱包络,得到了试验输入的激励。将等效前和等效后得到的瞬态响应和冲击响应谱比较发现,分离前中央质量块的振动较强,但是子结构分离后,中央质量块振动减弱,表现为“欠试验”;其他质量块等效后的响应比等效前的响应增大,表现为“过试验”,采用了下凹处理,下凹处理后取得较好的等效效果。
