The vibration damping problem of sounding rocket’s small mass payload (Radiosonde) in separate shock environment is studied in this paper. The vibration source characteristics are analyzed in detail, and the vibration damping design program is designed. Then the vibration damping characteristics of the test is validated. Ultimately, separating test and measurement is made to verify the effectiveness of the vibration damping design. It is showed that the rubber absorber design is not suitable for the small mass payload in low frequencies shock, and constrained damping layer methods are suitable for the thin-walled structures of the small payload in the high frequencies shock conditions. Theeffect is proven effect is obvious in addition.%研究某型探空火箭的小质量有效载荷(探空仪)在分离冲击环境下的减振问题。首先进行了振源特性分析、减振方案设计、减振特性测试及验证,最终通过分离试验测试结果,验证减振方案的有效性。试验研究及测试结果表明:在低频冲击环境下,橡胶减震器应用于小质量有效载荷探空仪的减振效果不明显;在高频冲击条件下,探空仪的薄壁结构,适合使用约束阻尼层的减振方法,并经验证效果明显。
