航天结构动力学模型修正方法研究

     

摘要

High quality dynamic model of aerospace structural could be obtained through hard effort, such as reasonable FEM model、reliable experiment data and efficient model updating method. This paper is about the technology of systemic method of dynamic model updating. A integrated flow was proposed, including modeling-pretest-modal data assessment and model updating technology. Firstly, a method on how to model soft connect structural was present. Then, different methods of pre-test were compared, and general strategy of modal experiment result was obtained based on literature survey and engineering experience. Lastly, model updating method under multi state and multi object condition was studied, and one of smart optimization algorithm, namely GA, was studied, and hierarchical model updating ideology was adopted at the same time. Finally, a single state-multi state model updating system was developed and applied to a missile’s dynamic model.%为了得到准确表征航天结构动特性的数值模型,需要有合理的建模方法、可靠的试验数据和高效的模型修正方法。本文研究了获得高精度动特性模型的系统方法,构建了建模-预试验-试验结果评估-模型修正的技术链;提出了弱连接结构的刚度模拟方法;对比了预试验技术的优缺点,得到了模态结果评估的一般策略;研究了基于智能算法的多状态模型修正技术,提出了基于静挠度和模态弯矩的模型修正方法,并综合分层修正思想,形成了单状态-多状态协同修正方法,成功应用于航天飞行器动特性模型修正。
