长城感冒片的质量标准研究

摘要

目的：提升长城感冒片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法（ TLC）对处方中的连翘、牛蒡子、薄荷脑、甘草、黄芩等药材进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法对绿原酸进行含量测定。结果连翘、牛蒡子、薄荷脑、甘草、黄芩的薄层色谱特征斑点明显；以乙腈-水-磷酸（10∶90∶0.4， v／v）为流动相，检测波长327nm；流速1.0mL· min －1进行检测，绿原酸在0.0308～0.3080μg范围内线性关系良好，r＝0.9999，平均加样回收率为96.5％，RSD为0.46％。结论所建立的方法可行性较高，重现性较好，切实提高了长城感冒片的质量标准。%ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To elevate the quality standards of ChangchengGanmao tablets.METHODS Fructus Forsythiae,Burdock,Menthol,Liquorice and Scutellaria baicalensis were identified by TLC,and Chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC.RESULTS TLC spots of Fructus Forsythiae,Burdock,Menthol,Liquorice and Scutellaria ba-icalensis were clear;the mixing of acetonitrile,water and phosphoric were in the proportion of 10:90:0.4 as the mo-bile phase,the detection wavelength was set at 327nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL· min-1.Chlorogenic acid was in good linear relationship within the range of 0.0308~0.3080μg,r=0.9999,mean recovery rate was 96.5%,RSD was 0.46%.CONCLUSION The established approach has higher practicability and repeatability,which can im-prove the quality standard of ChangchengGanmao tablets.
