甜菊糖苷类化合物降压作用研究进展

摘要

As the extract of stevia which originated from South America,stevia sugar contains several sweet ingre-dients having the same structural nucleus.These ingredients have such characteristics as higher sweetness and lower calory compared to sucrose.Therefore,these sweet substance such as stevioside are able to make up the evils of su-crose in large degree.Modern pharmacological studies show that stevia sugar possesses a wide range of pharmacologi-cal effects,and the antihypertensive effect of these compounds was reviewed in this paper.%甜菊糖作为原产于南美洲植物--甜叶菊的提取物，包含了几种结构母核相同的甜味成分，具有甜度高，热量低的特点。甜菊糖苷等几种甜味物质能够在很大程度上弥补食用蔗糖所带来的弊端。现代药理学研究证明甜菊糖具有广泛的药理作用，本文主要就甜菊糖苷类化合物的降压作用进行综述。
