土地资源是城市经济发展不可缺少的重要资源要素。首先，将土地资源内生化，构建经济增长的CES生产函数，运用动态优化理论讨论土地资源对城市经济可持续发展的影响，结果表明土地资源、资本和技术三者之间存在相互制约的动态增长关系。然后以中国2000－2012年30个省区的面板数据为研究样本，将城市经济可持续发展分为经济产出、产业结构、城市化和工业化四个方面，构建土地资源利用和城市经济发展的联立方程组，实证分析土地利用和城市经济系统中四者之间的互动关系，最后提出合理利用土地资源促进城市经济可持续增长的政策建议。%Land resource is the important essential factors of city economic development .The paper firstly constructs the economic grow th CES production function by making land resources endogenous and discusses the impact of the land resources to city economic sustainable development by using the dynamic optimizing theory . The results show that there is a dynamic relationship between the land resources , capital and technology . T hen the paper divides the sustainable development of city economy into four aspects of economic output ,industrial structure ,urbanization and industrialization ,and constructs the simultaneous equations to empirical analyses the interactive relationship between land use and the four aspects of city economy system according to the 30 provincial panel data of 2000‐2012 years as research sample . Finally , the paper proposes policy suggestion to rational using land resources to promote sustainable development of city economic .
