浅析GB 4806.7-2016《食品安全国家标准食品接触用塑料材料及制品》中总迁移量的测定

摘要

通过对GB4806.7-2016《食品安全国家标准食品接触用塑料材料及制品》中总迁移量测定的解读,分析了新、旧标准在内容上、技术要求和试验方法等方面的差异.本文浅析了新标准体系中对油脂类模拟物中总迁移量测定局限性,并提出检验方法.%Through the interpretation of total migration volume in GB 4806.7-2016, Food safety national standard food contact plastic materials and products, the paper analyzes the differences in contents, technical requirements and test methods between the new standard and the old one, analyses the limitation of the determination of the total migration in the oils in the new standard system, and puts forward the test method.
