微波辅助离子液体合成水杨酸-2-乙基己酯

         

摘要

实验以水杨酸与2-乙基己醇为原料,以离子液体[Hnmp] HSO4为催化剂,在微波辐射下合成了水杨酸-2-乙基己酯.通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、色质联用等手段对产物进行了确证.考察了影响反应的因素,实验结果表明最佳反应条件为:水杨酸0.05 mol,n(水杨酸):n(2-乙基己醇)为1:4,微波时间80 min,微波功率400 W,催化剂用量0.9g,不加带水剂,收率可达95.03%.%2-Ethylhexyl salicylate was synthesized by 2-ethyl hexanol and salicylic acid with [Hnmp] HSO4 ionic liquid as catalyst under microwave radiation. The product was confirmed by IR, UV, and GC/MS . The effects of different factors were investigated. The optimum conditions were found as follows: 0.05 mol salicylic acid, n(salicylic acid) : n(2-ethyl hexanol) = 1: 4, microwave time 80 min, microwave power 400 W, 0. 9 g catalyst, and with no water-carrying reagent. Under the above conditions, the yield of 2-ethylhexyl salicylate could reach up to 95. 03%.
