Au/xCNTs-CeO2 catalysts with different carbon nanotubes (CNTs) contents were prepared by a deposition-precipitation method. All catalysts were characterized by XRD, H2-TPR, and H2-TPD techniques for the crystalline structure, reducing properties and adsorption properties, and studied for the production of hydrogen by partial oxidation of ethanol. The results show that the appropriate content of CNTs significantly improves the activity and selectivity of H2. At n(O2) : n(C2H5OH) = 1, Au/CeO2 catalysts with 6% and 10% CNTs contents show high activity and H2 selectivity. At 450 °C,Au/CeO2 catalyst with 6% CNTs contents shows the highest activity with the yield reaching 64.3%.%采用沉积沉淀法制备了不同碳纳米管(CNTs)含量的Au/xCNTs CeO2催化剂,同时用XRD、H2-TPR、H2-TPD等对催化剂晶相结构、还原性、吸附性能等进行了表征,并以乙醇部分氧化制氢为探针反应,考察了催化剂的活性、H2选择性和产率,结果表明,适量的CNTs的添加有效的提高了Au/CeO2催化剂的活性、H2选择性和产率,在n(O2):n(C2H5OH) =1时,CNTs含量为6%、10%的Au/CeO2催化剂表现出了较好的活性、H2选择性和产率,其中Au/6%CNTs-CeO2催化剂在450℃产率可达64.3%.
