护肝胶囊挥发性成分 GC －MS 分析

摘要

To identify the volatile chemical constituents in Hugan capsule by GC -MS .The method of water-steam distillation was applied to extract volatile constituents from Hugan capsule .The volatile constituents in Hugan capsule were analyzed by GC -MS database system .Fifty nine components were obtained ,and 42 were identified ,representing 94.56% of total amount .Borneol and Isoborneol had highest content ,ac-counting for 86.3% of total amount .%　　采用气相色谱－质谱联用技术分析护肝胶囊中挥发性成分。共分离得到59个化合物，鉴定出42个，占总量的94.56％。护肝胶囊中主要挥发性成分为萜类，其中龙脑和异龙脑含量较高，占总量的86.3％。
