丹参化学成分、药理作用及临床应用的研究进展

摘要

Salvia miltiorrhiza is an essential drug for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.Traditionally,Salvia miltiorrhiza has been used to treat cardiovascular diseases.Modem research also found that Salvia miltiorrhiza has the functions of protecting organs,anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,protecting brain and anti-tumor.Tanshinone and Dan Phenolic acid is the active ingredient of Salviae miltiorrhizae to exert its pharmacological effects.Salvia miltiorrhiza is widely used in clinical practice and has definite curative effect.This article summarized the research progress of the chemical composition,pharmacological mechanism and clinical application of Salvia miltiorrhiza in recent years,and aims to provide theoretical basis and reference materials for the further development and application of Salvia miltiorrhiza.%丹参是中医药领域活血化瘀之要药,传统上丹参用于治疗心血管系统疾病,现代研究还发现丹参具有保护器官、抗菌抗炎、脑保护、抗肿瘤的功效,丹参酮和丹酚酸类有效成分是丹参发挥药理作用的物质基础,丹参制剂在临床上应用广泛,且疗效确切.本文总结了近年来对丹参化学成分、药理作用机制及临床应用的研究进展,旨在为进一步开发及应用丹参提供理论依据和参考资料.
