风荷载作用下某钢管火炬塔架的有限元分析

     

摘要

对一个高168.3m的火炬塔架进行了设计计算分析.该火炬塔架采用横截面为正三角形的钢管结构方案,构件连接考虑为刚接.建立了该钢管火炬塔架的三维有限元模型,采用通用结构分析程序SAP84对结构的自振特性进行分析,并计算了塔架在台风荷载作用下和地震荷载作用下的结构变形和构件内力.计算结果表明,塔架及排气筒不会出现涡激共振;结构设计中水平顺风向风荷载起主要的控制作用;该火炬塔架的变形、构件内力及稳定性均满足规范要求.%The design and computation of a 168.3m height torch tower are presented. The steel-tube members of the torch tower are considered to be connected by rigid joint, and the structure is simplified to be a rigid frame with equilateral triangle section. A finite element three dimensional model of the steel-tube torch tower is established. Natural vibration of the torch tower is analyzed based upon a general structural analysis program SAP84.The internal force and displacement of the tower structure due to the excitations of typhoon and earthquake are calculated. These results show that the lateral wind load imposed on the torch tower structures is the governing factor in the structural design. The effects of the vortes shedding and ring oscillation ovalling can be neglected. It is indicated that deformation of the structure, stress and stability of the members comply with the codes.
