In view of the clutch early wearing and tearing, flywheel house cracking of a 6× 4 mixer on the market, the optimization match of the transmission system was made from three aspects as clutch, driveline ratio, and suspension of powertrain, The results show that, the vehicle after optimization matching not only solve the problems above, and effectively improved the dynamics and economy performance .%针对某6×4搅拌车产品在市场上出现的离合器早期磨损、飞轮壳开裂等现象,从离合器、传动系速比、动力总成悬置三方面对该产品进行了传动系优化匹配。结果表明,优化匹配后的车型不仅解决了上述问题,而且有效地提升了产品的动力经济性。
