套袋对桃果实品质形成和果皮色素变化规律的影响

     

摘要

利用单、双层纸袋和自制新闻纸袋对“八月桃”、“北京24号”桃果实进行套袋试验研究.结果表明:套袋后果实纵横径生长速度减慢,单果重略有下降,以双层纸袋影响最显著;套袋后果实可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖、Vc含量均低于未套袋果,总酸含量略高于对照,仍以双层纸袋影响效应最显著.套袋果实在成熟时果皮中的叶绿素A、叶绿素B和类胡萝卜素含量降低,花青素含量增多,颜色较对照鲜艳,双层纸袋和单层纸袋作用效应明显.%In this paper,'August peach' and ' Beijing24 peach' fruit bagging experiments were conducted with the single-layer paper bag, double-layer paper bag and news paper bag. The results showed that (I) After bagging the growth of vertical and horizontal diameter of fruits were slowed, and the fruit weight decreased slightly, there were most significant with the double-layer paper bag; (ii) After bagging the contents of fruit soluble solids, total soluble sugar and vitamin C were lower than that without bagging fruit, and the total acid was slightly higher than that without bagging fruit, there were still most significant with the double-layer paper bag; (iii) The contents of chlorophyll A, chlorophyll B and carotenoids of bagging fruit decreased in fruit maturity, but the anthocyanin content increased and the color of fruit was more vivid compared with the test control, the effects of double-layer paper bag and single-layer paper were obvious.
