土豆中多农药残留检测方法研究

     

摘要

The analysis of 37 pesticide residues was achieved using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) and gas chromatography (GC) methods, and their differences were compared. When the spiked level was 0. 10 mg/kg, the average recoveries ranged from 70.3% to 118.8 % with RSD (n=5) less than 20%. However, the limits of quantitative (LQD) got from GC-MS/MS method were significantly better than that of the GC-FPD method. The temperature programmed injection mode could avoid decomposition of heat-labile pesticides in the inlet, which could ensure the accurate analysis of such pesticides.%本文研究了用气相色谱-串联质谱和气相色谱检测37种农药残留的检测回收率,稳定性和定量限参数.结果表明,添加浓度在0.10 mg/kg时,2种方法得到的农药回收率在70.3%~118.8%,相对标准偏差小于20%;然而串联质谱检测法的定量限明显优于GC-FPD检测法;采用进样口程序升温模式能避免热不稳定农药在进样口的分解,适用于此类农药的准确分析.
