The present invention relates to a reverse Y-shaped diagnosis strip which comprises: a plurality of sample treating sections (1) separated so that different samples may be introduced thereto; a plurality of transfer sections (2) connected to one side of each sample treating section and allowing transfer of the sample introduced through the sample treating sections; a linking section (3) by which the transfer sections are connected with each other at one side; and a response section (4) connected to the linking section and showing the result of the response of a sample. The present invention also relates to a kit for detecting a residual pesticide comprising the reverse Y-shaped diagnosis strip, and a method for detecting a residual pesticide using the kit. When using the kit for detecting a residual pesticide according to the present invention, it is possible to diagnose the presence of a residual pesticide rapidly and simply and to carry out simple quantitative determination. Thus, it is expected that the kit can be used advisably as a bio-sensor in the food and environment monitoring fields.
