DETECTING METHOD OF 2,4-DICHLOROPHENOXYACETIC ACID, CAPABLE OF REDUCING ANALYZING TIME AND ANALYZING COSTS WHEN AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES REMAINING IN FOODS ARE DETECTED USING ENZYME-LINKED IMMUNOSORBENT ASSAY TECHNOLOGY
PURPOSE: A detection method of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid is provided to quickly analyze a large number of samples and to be used for detecting agricultural chemicals remaining in agricultural products and processed foods through quantitative analysis.;CONSTITUTION: A detection method of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid comprises the following steps: combining an antibody, produced from a sample including 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and a complex in which a hapten compound of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and protein are combined through an amide bond, with a complex in which a hapten compound fixed to a solid supporter is combined with the protein through the amide bond; and detecting the bond of the antibody to the 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid which is fixed to the solid supporter using a secondary antibody marked as an enzyme which is specifically combined with the antiobody.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
