本文将农地非农化过程中损失的生态服务价值分为2部分:农地非农化损失的农地生态系统的服务价值和新增建设用地负外部性造成的生态价值的降低.运用中国陆地生态系统当量因子表、替代成本法和防治成本法测算2000-2007年间农地非农化损失的总的生态服务价值.结果表明,研究期内陕西省共有51 640.06 hm2农用地实现了农地非农化,造成的生态价值损失达34.22×108元,平均每年损失4.28 ×108元.耕地非农化造成的生态价值损失占农地非农化损失的生态服务价值的一半以上,而农地非农化损失的土地则有95.21％转交为居民点及工矿用地和交通用地.%The loss of ecosystem service value in the process of agricultural land conversion was divided into two parts in this paper; the loss of ecosystem service value in non-agricultural conversion of agricultural lands and the decrease of ecological value caused by the negative externality of new construction land. The total loss of ecological service value of agricultural land conversion during 2000 -2007 was estimated with the table of equivalent weight factor of economic value of ecosystem services of China, substitution cost methods and prevention cost methods. Results showed that a total of 51 640.06 hm2 agricultural land became non-agricultural land, which caused a loss of 3.422 billion yuan, 428 million yuan every year on average. More than half of the value lost in agricultural land conversion was farmland conversion. There was 95.21 % non-agricultural land which became into residential areas and mining and land for traffic.
