茶多酚对斜纹夜蛾幼虫生长发育的影响

             

摘要

[Objective]The study aims to clarify the effect of tea polyphenols on the growth and development of Spodoptera litura,[Method]0.8,1.6,2.4,3.2,4.0 mg/g tea polyphenols was added in the fodder to observe and analyze the growth and development of Spodoptera litura in the laboratory.[Result]The results showed that the tea polyphenols significantly affected the growth and development of S.litura larvae,and the body length and body weight of the larvae after feeding artificial diet containing the tea polyphenols were significantly lower than that of the larvae after feeding artificial diet not containing the tea polyphenols.The body length increase rate on the 10th and 15th days was 21.80%,11.19%,1.13 %,-5.09%,-12.17 % and 12.82 %,30.53 %,25.84 %,20.48 %,11.04 % by feeding with 0.g,1.6,2.4,3.2 and 4.0 mg/g tea polyphenols,The body weight increased rate on the 10th and 15th was76.34 %,45.15 %,32.81 %,-0.80 %,-5.09 % and 81.66 %,51.06 %,59.97 %,35.98 %,1.18 %,respectively.Moreover,the tea polyphenols showed a significant virulence against the larvae of S.litura,the mortality was (21.38 ± 2.54) %,(31.42 ± 2.32) %,(42.65 ± 3.45) %,(45.97 ±2.35)% and (61.65 ±3.53)% in the 10th day by feeding the artificial diet containing the 0.8,1.6,2.4,3.2 and 4.0 mg/g tea polyphenols,respectively.And the morality increased with the increase of the containing of tea polyphenols in the artificial diet,the LC5o value was 3.12 mg/g.And it was difficult for all the larvae of S.litura to pupae after feeding the artificial diet containing the tea polyphenols which finally decreased the population of S.litura.[Conclusion] All above results showed that the tea polyphenols with good bioactivity and was significantly affected the growth/ development and the virulence efficacy against S.litura larvae.%[目的]明确茶多酚对斜纹夜蛾[Spodoptera litura(Fabricius)]幼虫生长发育的影响.[方法]在饲料中分别加入含量为0.8、1.6、2.4、3.2和4.0 mg/g的茶多酚,观察和统计斜纹夜蛾幼虫生长发育情况.[结果]茶多酚对斜纹夜蛾幼虫生长发育具有明显的抑制作用,饲喂茶多酚后斜纹夜蛾幼虫体长及体重显著低于未饲喂茶多酚的个体.饲喂0.8、1.6、2.4、3.2和4.0 mg/g茶多酚饲料后第10和15天时,体长增长率分别为21.80%、11.19%、1.13%、-5.09%、-12.17%和12.82%、30.53%、25 84%、20.48%、11.04%;体重增长率分别为76.34%、45.15%、32.81%、-0.80%、-5.09%和81.66%、51.06%、59.97%、35.98%、1.18%.同时,茶多酚对斜纹夜蛾幼虫具有毒杀作用,饲喂茶多酚含量分别为0.8、1.6、2.4、3.2和4.0 mg/g(茶多酚/人工饲料)饲喂后第15天时斜纹夜蛾幼虫的累积死亡率分别为(21.38±2.54)%、(31.42士2.32)%、(42.65±3.45)%、(45.97±2.35)%和(61.65±3.53)%,表现出明显的剂量效应,LC50为3.12 mg/g,随茶多酚剂量的增加,斜纹夜蛾幼虫的死亡率增高.饲喂不同浓度的茶多酚后,未死亡斜纹夜蛾幼虫所有个体均不能正常化蛹,种群数量降低.[结论]茶多酚对斜纹夜蛾的生长发育具有明显的抑制作用和毒杀效果,具有良好的生物活性.
