室内模拟氮素沉降对盐渍化土壤氮素矿化和硝化作用

     

摘要

[目的]研究氮素沉降对土壤氮素矿化及硝化作用.[方法]以喀什地区疏附县尔库萨克乡盐渍化土壤为试材,采用室内模拟方法研究了氮素沉降对盐渍化土壤氮素矿化和硝化作用.[结果]表层土壤(0 ~20 cm)的矿质氮含量最高.氮沉降后其各土层矿质氮含量均高于无氮素沉降的结果,即氮沉降增加了土壤矿质氮的含量.随着培养天数的增加,氮沉降后的土壤氮素净硝化速率逐渐增加,没有氮素沉降的土壤氮素净硝化速率依次减少.[结论]氮素的沉降加速了原有土壤氮素的硝化作用.氮沉降后其氮素的净矿化速率变化规律性不强.%[Objective] Effects of nitrogen diposition on soil mineralization and nigrification were studied in the present paper.[Method] The,alinity soil in Erkusack village,Shufu County,Kashgar areas was taken as the research material and laboritory simulation methods were adopted.[Result]The soil mineral nitrogen content in surface soil was the highest (0-20 cm).After the settlement of nitrogen deposition each soil mineral nitrogen content was higher than that without nitrogen deposition,showing that the nitrogen deposition increased the soil mineral nitrogen content.With the increase of training days,after nitrogen deposition soil net nitrogen nitrification rate increased gradually,while for that without nitrogen diposition,in turn,the soil net nitrogen nitrification rate gradually reduced.[Conclusion] The settlement of nitrogen speeds up the original soil nitrogen nitrification.After nitrogen deposition its net nitrogen mineralization rate change regularity was not strong.
