两种基因型蕹菜镉积累与其根际微生物的关系研究

摘要

A root box experiment was carried out in order to examine the relationship between Cadmium accumulation and rhizospheric microorganisms (bacteria,fungi,actinomyces) of two genotypes Ipomoea aquatica Forssk.It showed that Cadmium accumulations have some genetic variation.The microorganisms’ number was dramatically higher in rhizosphere than in non-rhizosphere(p<0.01)and was highly different in two Genotypes ( p<0.01 ).A significantly negative correlation was found between Cadmium accumulation and rhizos -pheric microorganisms ,with the order:fungi>bacteria>actinomyces.%通过自制根箱试验，研究了两种基因型蕹菜茎叶中的镉含量与植物根际微生物（细菌、真菌、放线菌）的关系。结果表明：两个蕹菜品种茎叶中的镉含量存在基因性差异；同一品种根际微生物数量显著大于非根际土壤（ p＜0.01）；两种基因型蕹菜品种间微生物数量存在极显著差异（ p＜0.01）；植物茎叶镉含量与根际微生物数量存在显著的负相关关系，且相关程度为真菌＞细菌＞放线菌。表4，参14。
