大数据时代的文化安全风险与应对策略∗

摘要

On the basis of describing the change in the way of cultural development and its influence on cultural de-velopment foundation of national cultural security in the age of big data, this paper analyses in depth the five cultural secur-ity risks of our country, and puts forward targeted coping strategies including enhancing the attraction and cohesion of main-stream ideology, establishing and improving the early warning mechanism for cultural security, constructing a network infor-mation security system, strengthening international cooperation to accelerate the cultural security, etc.%文章在阐述大数据时代文化发展方式变革及其对国家文化安全影响的基础上，对当前我国面临的五大文化安全风险———“亚文化”活动空间扩张、信息安全风险剧增、文艺“缺钙”成现象、消费主义文化蔓延、西方发达国家抢占大数据战略“高地”，进行了较为深入的剖析。在此基础上，有针对性地从增强主流意识形态的吸引力凝聚力，建立健全文化安全预警机制，构建网络信息安全保障体系，加强国际文化安全维护合作，加快推进国家大数据战略等五个方面提出了应对策略。
