一种改进的步进电动机驱动控制方法

     

摘要

分析了步进电动机产生低频振荡和高频输出转矩不足的原因,提出了一种改进的细分控制结合续流回路的驱动方法.通过该办法改变了步进电动机绕组合成电磁力矩方式及绕组电流作用时间,解决了低频振荡和高频转矩不足的难题.该方法非常简单、实用.%Low frequency oscillation and high frequency torque insufficient in stepper motor were analyzed,and an improved method of subdivision driving combined with continued flow-driven approach was proposed. The way of synthesis of electromagnetic torque and winding current role in time were changed to solve the problems of low-frequency oscillations and high frequency torque insufficient in stepper motor-driven. This method was simple and practical.
