一种新型的五相混合式步进电动机驱动电源

         

摘要

针对五相混合式步进电动机,提出了一种新型的驱动电源.该驱动电源的设计思路基于调频-调压技术,采用LM2907频率-电压转换芯片构成频率-电压转换电路.在步进电动机低频转动时自动降低供电电压,减缓电流变化,降低了振荡和噪声;在高频转动时自动增加供电电压,有效地提高了步进电动机的输出转矩,改善了加速特性.选用IRFP250N型VMOS晶体管驱动步进电动机,使得驱动电源功耗低、稳定可靠.批量使用结果表明,该驱动电源电路简洁、性价比高、可用性强、易于维修,具有一定的推广使用价值.%A new type of driving power supply for five-phase hybrid stepper motor is presented in the paper, which is based on the technology of frequency-modulation and voltage-modulation. The frequency-voltage changing circuit is composed of LM2907 frequency-voltage conversion chip. The driving voltage is automatically lowered when the stepper motor runs at low frequency in order to slow down the current change and reduce the vibration and noise. In order to raise the output torque of the stepper motor effectively and improve the accelerating characteristics, the driving voltage is raised automatically when stepper motor rotates at high frequency. IRFP250N VMOS transistors are used to drive the stepper motor so as to make the driver consume low power, be stable and reliable. The result of the driver' s being used in batches shows that the driving power supply has concise circuits, high ratio of performance to price, good availability and fine maintainability, so it has great value of being popularized and used.
