一种改进的单相无刷直流电动机驱动器的控制方法

摘要

针对单相无刷直流电动机提出了一种改进的控制方法,用于提高无刷驱动器的效率.该控制方法改进了传统的PWM调制方式,采用了分段PWM方式供电,并结合超前换相技术,从而使得驱动器的整体效率得到了大幅度提高.在此基础上,设计了采用H桥控制方式的单相无刷直流电动机驱动器,并通过具体的实验验证了该控制方法的有效性.%An improved control method for a single-phase brushless DC motor controller was adopted,aimed to boost the efficiency.This method improved the traditional PWM modulate method by using the combination of the different PWM duty method and leading control angle method,and the efficiency was largely improved.The traditional H-bridge control method was adopted.Experiment results prove its effectiveness.
