An embodiment of the present invention for a rotational speed of brushless direct current (BLDC) motor by one phase feedback controlling system comprises: a BLDC motor; a motor driver, which is connected with the BLDC motor and applies a driving signal to the BLDC motor; and a motor speed controller, which extracts a signal of one of three phases of the BLDC motor, modulates the extracted signal, and applies the modulated signal to a motor driver. Accordingly, the rotational speed of the BLDC motor may be estimated by using a signal of or information on one of three phases, which gives a command from the BLDC motor driver to the motor, without using a separate sensor such as a hall sensor or an encoder.
