According to the present invention, a wind turbine pitch control system may comprise: a wind turbine having a plurality of blades; an integrated pitch controller controlling a pitch of the blades using an average load of the blades; and an individual pitch controller controlling a pitch of the blades using structured uncertainty of the wind turbine and the blades. The present invention provides a wind turbine pitch control system without changing a coordinate and measuring a rotor rotation angle of a wind turbine, a wind turbine pitch control method, and recording media wherein a program is recorded to implement the method.
