柴油机高次方配气凸轮影响因素分析

摘要

本文通过对4210柴油机配气机构高次方凸轮计算结果进行分析，探讨了多项式高次方凸轮各项幂指数、气门弹簧刚度、凸轮作用角、气门开启速度、气门升程、传动系统弹性变形等对配气机构主要性能的影响，以寻求设计时合理选取这些参数的途径。%By analysing the calculating results of higher-order cam of model 4210 diesel engine distribution system，the paper discusses how the main performance of the distribution system is influenced by various power exponents of polynomial higher-order cam，elastic deformation of drive system，valve spring stiffness，valve initial velocity of cam acting angles，valve theoretical maximum lift，etc．The paper attends to find a way to select design parameters properly．
