摩托车车架设计的研究与实践

摘要

The motorcycle frame,which is the basic constituent part,is very important for the rational layout,maneuverability and reliability of the overall vehicle.The main function of the frame is putting power supply,the transmission system,the suspension system,the control system and other related spare parts as a whole.For an strength enough and stiffness and light weight frame,we need to consider not only the reasonable structure of installation position according to the power supply and other parts,but also the statics characteristics and the dynamic characteristics.%车架是摩托车的基本组成部分,对整车的总体合理布局、整车的操稳性、可靠性等至关重要.车架的主要功能是将动力源、传动系统、悬挂系统、操纵系统以及其他的相关零部件连接成一个有机的整体.对摩托车车架的设计不仅要根据动力源以及其他零部件的安装位置考虑合理的结构,还要注意整体车架的静力学特征和动力学特征,使车架具有足够的刚度、强度以及较轻的质量.
