The preparation of silicone hybrid acrylate by sol-gel method with tetraethyl orthosilicate as the inorganic precursor and ethyl methacrylate as the organic precursor.The storage stability, adhesive properties and heat resistance of the silicone hybrid acrylate containing different silica content was studied.The structure of silicone hybrid acrylate and cured silicone hybrid acrylate were analyzed by IR and SEM.Results show that the hybrid resin has good compatibility, and the inorganic-organic cross-linked network is formed in the curing process.When the silicon content is 0.67~2.01 phr, silicon hybrid acrylates have excellent adhesion property and heat resistance..%以正硅酸乙酯为无机前驱体,以甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯为有机前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了硅杂化丙烯酸酯.研究了不同硅含量硅杂化丙烯酸酯的储存稳定性、粘接性能和耐热性能,并利用IR光谱和SEM对硅杂化丙烯酸酯及其固化物的结构进行了表征.结果表明:该硅杂化丙烯酸酯树脂组分相容性良好,固化过程中形成了有机-无机交联网络.当硅含量为0.67~2.01份时,树脂具有较好的粘接性和耐热性能.
