樂声字考释

摘要

From the oracle glyph, the character“yue”means the situation of silk winding tree. The silk has“small”and“white”features, which implies the Chinese characters with the phonetic complement of “yue”will carry “small”and “white”meanings. Because of enantiosemy, “color”meaning is from“white”meaning, so Chinese characters with the phonetic complement of“yue”will carry “color”meaning.“Yue”is“harps instrument”, starting from this original meaning, further extended to“music”meaning (The general name of pentatonic scale and eight categories of musical instrument). Because “music”has the function of pleasant person's mood, then further extended to “make people happy”. The following will be guided by the theory of“Family Characters”to analyze a clan of characters required phonetic complement of“yue”.%从“樂”字甲骨文形体来看，即为丝缠绕树木之形。因为丝有“细小”和“白色”特点，可知从“樂”得声字会携带有“细小”义和“白色”义。因反训，“白色”义可训释出“采色”义，因而从“樂”得声之字亦有“采色”义。“樂”为“琴瑟类乐器”，从这一本义出发，进一步引申为“音樂”义(五声八音总名)，“音樂”有愉悦人心境的功能，便进一步引申有“使人高兴”义。将以同族字理论为指导，试析从“樂”得声的一组形声字。
