四川省农村中小学“阳光体育运动”开展现状与对策研究

摘要

By applying the methods of literature,questionnaire,and statistical analysis,it analyzed the situation of sunshine sports in primary and secondary schools in rural area of Sichuan province.As it indicates： in the course of implementation,there are some problems in subjective cognitive,organizational leadership,Operation mechanism,time of activities and facilities and so on.Analyzed the existing problems from students,schools,teachers,parents and society,and in order to carry out primary and secondary sunshine sports sustainable development,it made the following suggestions： enlarging funds devotion,changing concepts,strengthening the leadership and improving the mechanism,enhancing a process management,and constructing athletics atmosphere.%本文运用文献资料、问卷调查、数据统计等方法,对四川省农村中小学＂阳光体育运动＂开展现状进行深入研究,结果显示：实施过程中存在主体认识、组织领导、运行机制、活动时间、场地设施等方面的问题。从学生、学校、教师、家长、社会等方面分析了存在问题的原因,并从加大资金投入,着力改善体育场地设施;转变观念,提高思想认识;加强领导健全机制,提高体育教师队伍建设;强化绩效管理,建立健全的考核评价监督机制;营造体育氛围,创设阳光体育运动快乐健康大舞台来促进四川省农村中小学＂阳光体育运动＂可持续发展。
