Flatwater kayaking on the status of our analysis and comparison of the different selection system in China and Germany, raised the importance of the selection in the form of hydrostatic kayakers, age, skills, qualities, etc..%通过对我国静水皮划艇现状的分析，比较了我国与德国选材体系的不同，提出了静水皮划艇运动员选材中形态、年龄、技能、素质等的重要性。
