两种心理训练法在羽毛球教学中的运用

         

摘要

以安徽师范大学体育学院羽毛球专选班学生为研究对象,随机分为实验班和对照班,对照班采用表象训练教学方法进行教学实验寻绎有效的教学方法。研究结果发现,结合暗示训练的实验班的接发球得分明显高于对照班,p<0.05。将表象训练与暗示训练相结合的教学方法的训练效果优于单纯的表象训练的教学效果,值得进一步推广。%Anhui Normal Institute of Physical Education for Students Badminton designed for the study, randomly divided into experimental classes and control classes, Control the use of imagery training classes teaching methods for teaching experiment Unravel effective teaching methods.
