Objective To investigate effect of nursing intervention in anxiety and depression of hyperthyroidism patients by iodine 131 treatment.Methods The clinical data of ninety-eight hyperthyroidism patients by iodine 131 treatment who were treated in the department of endocrine metabolism from September 2010 to October 2012 were collected,then they were divided into A group and B group according to the implementation of the nursing service quality without,patients in A group were given intervention measures under the guidance of conventional nursing mode,patients in B group were given intervention measures under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode,the mean scores of anxiety and depression were evaluated.Results When discharged from the hospital,the mean scores of anxiety and depression in B group were less than that in A group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion The intervention measures under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode can ameliorate anxiety and depression of hyperthyroidism patients by iodine 131 treatment and the prognosis of patients.%目的 护理干预对行碘131治疗的甲状腺功能亢进患者的影响.方法 选择我院内分泌代谢科2010年9月～2012年10月收治的98例行碘131治疗的甲状腺功能亢进患者为研究对象,根据有无实施优质护理服务分为A组和B组,A组患者仅给予常规护理模式指导下的干预措施,而B组患者则给予优质护理服务模式指导下的干预措施,比较两组患者焦虑抑郁情绪.结果 出院时,B组患者焦虑抑郁标准分明显低于A组患者的,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 优质护理活动能够明显改善行碘131治疗的甲状腺功能亢进患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,改善患者的预后.
