血管内栓塞治疗和手术治疗小脑后下动脉瘤的临床体会

摘要

目的 通过病例分析探讨小脑后下动脉瘤﹙PICCA﹚的治疗.方法运用血管内栓塞治疗PICCA 11例和手术治疗PICCA 3例.结果 14例患者均治疗成功,1例Hunt-Hess分级Ⅴ级病人术后1周死亡,1例Hunt-Hess分级Ⅳ级病人术后生活不能自理.1例手术治疗患者,术后颅神经麻痹,吞咽障碍.其余病人恢复良好.结论 血管内栓塞治疗PICCA和手术治疗PICCA都是可靠,安全,有效的治疗方法,两者不能相互取代.%Objective To summarize the treatment of posterior inferior cerebellar artery aneurysm ( PICCA) Through case analysis. Methods Application of endovascular embolization in the treatment of 11 cases of treatment of PICCA and operation in 3 cases. Results 14 patients were treated successfully, 1 cases of Hunt-Hess grade patients after a week's death. In 1 cases of Hunt-Hess grade IV level in postoperative patients life can not take care of themselves. In 1 cases the patients after the operation, postoperative cranial nerve palsy, deglutition disorders. The remaining patients recovered well. Conclusion Endovascular embolization in the treatment of PICCA and operation treatment are reliable,Safe, effective treatments, both cannot be replaced each other.
